Koons Honda, in Manassas, VA is the latest dealership to see sales increase as a result of the ServiceLaneSM program. Hampered by record snowfalls in the Baltimore/Washington area, we expected lower numbers than usual. However, we were pleasantly surprised at how well the initial ServiceLaneSM campaign turned out. In the case of Koons Honda, potential leads from the last eight months were analyzed and developed. We continue to monitor sales numbers at Koons Honda and are pleased with what we see so far.
